Do I have to visit your store to select the products I want installed?
No. We carry a vast range of stock in Store — Mobile Workshop
How much will it cost?
Our pricing is clear, fair, affordable and up-front. It is our policy to deliver our services at market prices and below, and we aim to deliver value for money. The costing for a job can usually be given over the phone before starting the work. In short: no unwelcome surprises. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque or cash.
Will you charge me extra if you have to take work back to your workshop?
No. If an item is not in our workshop there will no travelling costs.
What qualifications do your locksmiths have?
Our locksmiths are fully trained and members of the Institute of Certified Locksmiths.
Do they have Police Security Clearance?
Yes. All our locksmiths have continually updated Police security checks.
What is your policy on site remediation?
It is essential to leave the site in the same condition as before we started. Dustsheets are used and the site vacuumed. And having you check it is to your satisfaction.
What guarantees do you give?
We ask you to check our work before handover and strongly believe the jobs not finished until you are completely satisfied. Naturally all locksmith quality products installed come with a manufactures warranty.
We have old fashioned values;
We arrive in uniform with Security ID and will take shoes off as required. We carry a vacuum cleaner and guarantee to clean up the work area leaving it as we found it. We won't leave until you are 100% satisfied the site is as it was when we arrived.
